SESSION 1:
WHY PRAYER IS IMPORTANT​
In this class, we ask ourselves WHY the practice of prayer is important. Prayer is our return to our first language, the language of the Soul. Prayer is the raw longing for connection, intimacy and closeness with our Source. (“Source” can be defined however you like and resonate with it; God, Source, Universe, Divine, etc.)
Prayer is a relationship building practice between your soul, and the soul of life. It is always happening wheter we take an active role in it or not, but when we do bring awareness to it, illumination happens. When we pray and tune in, in this way… What we nurture, grows. What we listen to, speaks louder. What we love, expands.
SESSION 2:
WHO OR WHAT ARE WE PRAYING TO?​
In this class, we ask ourselves WHO is God to us? We break down the religious dogma that has painted an unrealistic and inaccurate image of who God is. These misconceptions have aimed to put the ‘unboxable’ into a box. But, If we look back to most ancient traditions, we were shown that God actually embodied both masculine and feminine forms.
We are not separate from God. God is inside each of us. God is an energy that we embody, that we learn from, that is organic, and that is based off of the laws of the universe. When God gets into the walls of our soul, just once, we are forever changed.
SESSION 3:
WHO OR WHAT ARE WE PRAYING TO?​
In this course we dissect all the different ways of HOW we can pray or TALK to God. Prayer is universal and can be done in many ways. We chat about the different forms of prayer as well as the places, inside us, that we pray from.

Prayer is a two way street: We talk with God, not to god. It is a relational experience. Our deepest healing happens within relationship, when we let ourselves be in ‘contact' with another. ‘Contact’ is a present and embodied moment where our physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual boundaries touch another. Prayer allows us to be in contact with God, whenever we want, and we have many different ways to make this connection.
SESSION 4:
HOW WE LISTEN TO GOD​
In this course we begin to understand HOW we can LISTEN to God. The point of listening to another person is to UNDERSTAND them. By understanding another, we can co-create with them in a way that serves love. Thats what we are ultimately doing when we pray to God. We’ll explore what we have to do in order to truly listen to another person and how that looks and feels within our bodies, minds and hearts.
We chat about devotion and how we are answering God’s call in our life. We all have been called to express our Souls completely into the world, and God is the one that is constantly calling us back to that wholeness. When we hear these calls with the aches in our hearts, the thoughts that wont leave us, the creativity we continue to return to.
